Jeff, is to native STL, is the owner of 2690 Yoga in Chesterfield. Prior to his ownership of 2690 Yoga, Jeff was a Aircraft Technician working on working Corporate aircraft. With a background in weight lifting and golf, Jeff discovered Bikram Yoga as a great cross-training tool, which after a few short months became his favorite form of exercise. With his weight lifting days behind him now, Jeff finds that Bikram Yoga really fills his need for a hard workout and a great feeling afterwards
